All components are made using a semi dry process from high quality lime stones, hand finished to give an end product almost identical to natural stone at an affordable price.

Product Specification

Composition: A semi dry homogenous mixture of sands, limestones, cement, metallic stearate waterproofers and other additives.

Authority: Product to exceed the requirements of BS1217:1997 and the UKCSA Specification for Cast Stone.

Strength: All mixes exceed the requirements of both BS1217:1997 (25MPa) and the UKCSA Specification for Cast Stone (35MPa). Typical cube strength when test in accordance with BS1881: Part 116 is 45-50 MPa.

Cube testing is carried out regularly. Certification is available on request.

Weathering: All products exceed the requirements of the Capillary Absorption Test (CAT) detailed in BS1217:1997.

Cast Stone Components to be manufactured using homogenous semi dry mix.

Labelling
All products to be individually labelled.

Curing
All products to be vapour cured prior to delivery.

Delivery
All products to be delivered to site by vehicles fitted with air suspension, non-contact restraining systems and demountable offloading.

Material
Cast Stone to BS1217:1997 and UKCSA Specification for Cast Stone.

Smooth
